Assisting With Elder Care Decisions

OU Nursing Care Management is a group of Professional Care Managers who can help navigate the complex choices of coordinating the necessary health care, housing, and quality of life options for the elderly and disabled. Resource to Insurance Providers

OU Nursing Care Management can assist insurance providers with raising medical costs by partnering to help with employee benefit programs, worker’s compensation case management and other consultative services as needed.      Our Case Managers provide care coordination, accompany patients to doctor’s appointments, provide home and community based visits and utilize telephonic care management.
